Ella is the Co-Director of ClearRoute Insurance Services, a new and ambitious venture built on more than 15 years of experience across multiple sectors of the insurance industry.

Throughout her career, Ella has developed a strong reputation for leadership, strategic vision, and delivering outstanding results. She successfully founded and grew her own commercial insurance brokerage, leading a high-performing team to a strong and respected position within the market.

Now at the helm of ClearRoute Insurance Services, Ella combines her proven expertise with a forward-thinking approach to client service and innovation. She is joined by her highly skilled business partner, Liam, a valued asset to the insurance profession, whom she first met in the early years of her career. Together, they bring a shared commitment to excellence, integrity, and long-term client relationships.

Liam Wheeler – Director

With two decades in the insurance industry and experience across some of the country’s leading broking firms, Liam founded ClearRoute Insurance to offer something better — specialist advice backed by genuine personal service.

His background in fleet, transport, and commercial insurance gives clients confidence they’re working with someone who understands the complexities of their business. Liam works closely with every client, providing clear guidance, tailored solutions, and strong advocacy at claim time.

His goal is simple: make insurance straightforward and ensure every client feels supported, protected, and looked after.
